Outside Plant engineering plan, develop, design, and implement communication

systems, networks and plant facilities. Responsible to develop the strategies and

plans to accomplish objectives in the capital construction program. Develop and

design plans for the implementation of new plant construction and modification

of existing facilities. Prepare plans and specifications and project requirements

including field notes, right-of-way, permits, and special construction

considerations. Conduct meetings and presentations with engineering and

construction teams to ensure successful completion of projects. Provide

engineering designs, cost estimates, studies, and analyses for the continued

maintenance of the plant. Monitor and control project expenditures. Preparing

progress reports, defining problems encountered.

Power Engineers - Field Engineer for CenturyLink Feb 2012 - Feb 2013

Field Engineer Outside Plant Facilities and Wire Center Management. Develop

and Issue Engineering Projects including Pricing, Contracts, Field Notes and

Permits. Partner with Construction, Installation/Maintenance and Utility

Subcontractors to complete projects effecting new and existing service. Manage

resources and utilize technical expertise to complete projects in an accurate,

timely and efficient manner.

UTA Light Rail Project - Summer Internship - 2010

Field Engineer - Cost engineer, document control, and involved in developing and

maintaining an evolving project schedule for subcontractors;including concrete,

utility services, and signals. I wrote Excel calculators for field crews to build from,

including over-excavation estimates and under drain systems. Project ended,

went back to complete School.
